Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As the founder and visionary behind Med Coalition, Esha leads the organization’s strategic direction, ensuring that our mission to provide medical aid and support to underserved communities is fulfilled. She is passionate about creating sustainable healthcare solutions globally.
Iftykhar Ifty

Chief Development Officer (CDO)
Building partnerships and expanding our reach, Iftykhar connects Med Coalition with other organizations, donors, and communities. His expertise in collaboration strengthens our capacity to create meaningful change.
Asseal Abdu

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Overseeing day-to-day operations, Asseal ensures that the Med Coalition organization runs smoothly and efficiently. Her focus on logistics and project management helps drive the success of our on-the-ground initiatives.

Secretary
Responsible for keeping our operations organized and running smoothly, Diana manages internal communications, meeting records, and documentation. Her attention to detail ensures transparency and continuity across all of our initiatives.

Director of Information Technology (DIT)
